Mandatory PCA Coaches' Workshop
Tuesday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m.

All NCSL U9-U15 primary coaches must be PCA certified. The league will accept prior certification for two years.  Coaches whose certification was prior to Aug. ’05, must re-certify.  Failure to fulfill this requirement may result in the forfeiture of games. Please register for this workshops by sending your name, team number and team name to Claire Filemyr at MDCommissioner@ncsl-soccer.com.

Mandatory Administrators' Meeting for New Teams

The NCSL Board of Directors requires that a representative from each new team be present at this meeting. List of  teams required to send a representative included.

STAR Training Scheduled
Required for New STARS and Many Returning STARs

New STARs are required to complete a certification class prior to the Spring 2007 season.  STARs with 2005 or 2006 badges are required to attend recertification training prior to the start of the Spring 2007 season.  For Assistant Referees (USSF Grade 12) who need to recertify, there are several choices.  For more information, click Continue...
