Since joining NCSL, Seneca United (Division 4) has achieved two straight promotions. The team is coached by four young and enthusiastic coaches who are not related to the players. We do not charge anything as coaches; all payments go directly to benefit the players. Our season consists of two/three practices a week, NCSL league play, 4 to 7 tournaments a year, and 2 winter Indoor Soccer/Futsal sessions a year. In addition the coaches hold match viewings to analyze game tape with players to help them improve. We stress retaining possession and encourage free flowing attacking play, as well as high pressure, disciplined defending.
